How it Works
Over the course of two years, you will experience Field Operations, Field Engineering, Business Planning, and Project Management, and participate in Leadership Development in various locations across the country. In addition to seeing the country, with relocation expenses covered by Spectrum, this could be an unmatched journey of self-discovery.
As a part of this program, you will participate in an immersive 13-week boot camp to build your fundamental understanding of Field Operations, including Technical Training, Fulfillment, RSC, Maintenance, Construction, ROC, and Business Planning. Then you will have a number of rotations within Field Operations as well as exposure to other business units, including Customer Operations. You will have the opportunity to lead various projects and teams as well as collaborate with Spectrum business leaders.
Once you’ve successfully completed the Future Leaders Program, you’ll have the experience to pursue a broad range of leadership roles across Field Operations. As a full-time Spectrum employee you’ll also have access to comprehensive health care benefits, retirement savings plans, free and discounted company products and services where available, and more.
