Take the first step in a transformative career. In the Spectrum Intern Program, you'll get hands-on exposure to our business. That means real projects that will challenge you and grow your skills, alongside mentors who want to see you succeed in your education and your career.
See what our Summer Intern Program is like, and hear from some of the students who have started their careers with us.
Lauren Lewis - Intern, Corporate Marketing: College students are trying to get that real world experience.
Brianna Marquinez - Intern, Enterprise Customer Care Operations: When I saw the position, I was super excited.
Dominika Brice - Intern, Diversity and Inclusion: They reached out and were like, "Hey, you're an intern that we're interested in." Me?
Rhys Butler - Intern, Mobile Engineering: The internship that I have is directly related to my career field. And there was really no good reason not to jump at it.
Anusha Basavaraju - Associate Application Developer/Former Intern: You'll get to choose your own area of interest, whatever it is. It's not restricting you or confining you.
Andrew Kirkman - Intern, IT: It's not a cookie cutter position. Spectrum doesn't want robots.
Lauren Lewis: A lot of companies will have interns file or go get coffee, and that's not at all what I've done.
Andrew Kirkman: I was able to come up with my own idea of something that I was able to pitch and actually lead my own project.
Brianna Marquinez: I've been able to use a lot of different skills on a lot of different platforms. It's been a really good time and a really good experience.
Dominika Brice: This happens to be a paid internship, which I was very grateful for.
Rhys Butler: I constantly get packages that I'm not expecting. One pack, it was full of cookies.
Lauren Lewis: Another perk, I think, is just a lot of the professional development. You get to hear from top professionals at Spectrum.
Brianna Marquinez: Hearing them talk about their experiences, how they took advantage of opportunities in college, and how they relate those to their work at Spectrum was super exciting.
Lauren Lewis: We also did a resume and LinkedIn critique. They're trying to develop you for your future. It's really about the interns and making them the best that they could be.
Anusha Basavaraju: Want to get the most out of Spectrum Internship Program? Be open to new challenges and never ever hesitate to ask questions.
Andrew Kirkman: You really work hard and you show your engagement. You talk to people and you connect. You're going to get a lot out of this experience.
Brianna Marquinez: I'm thankful for the skills that I learned because I want to take all of them forward with me.
Rhys Butler: It paid well and I learned a lot.
Lauren Lewis: I'm very grateful that I had the opportunity to intern at a company like this.
