2025 Spectrum Scholars: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

As a company committed to developing the next generation of leaders, we’re announcing the fifth cohort of college students accepted into our Spectrum Scholars Class for 2025. 

Each of the college juniors selected for the 2025-2027 program will receive a $20,000 scholarship to be applied towards their junior and senior years, a Spectrum mentor, access to a robust professional development program, and the opportunity for a paid Spectrum internship. 

During the two-year program, the Scholars will meet with their mentors to discuss their professional goals, tackle challenges and identify potential career opportunities. The students are also invited to participate in a paid, 10-week internship at one of our corporate offices. 

With 15 students selected to participate in the program, the 2025 Scholars join us from universities across the country with majors spanning a variety of disciplines, including business, human resources, computer science, marketing and engineering.
