Welcome to our Akron Residential Inbound Sales team in historic downtown Akron.

Our team in Akron consists of over 400 representatives that make up approximately 10% of Inbound Sales across the company in 10 different locations.
Our focus is taking inbound calls from potential new and current residential customers and selling them Internet, Mobile, Video and Voice services.
The way to succeed in IBS is to take those customers calling in for a specific request and sell them into a package with all Lines of Business and getting them the best value for their home.
