Try something new. Spectrum Mobile, our exciting new product line—with our fastest-growing customer base—offers truly advanced mobile technology. To help support it, our Kansas City call center was given a complete renovation, with brand-new, state-of-the-art ergonomic workstations for all of our Representatives and a bright and airy facility with amenities like a mothers’ area on each floor, and canteen kiosks with snacks for purchase. We are also conveniently located on the city bus line and near Hwy 435, making it easy to get almost anywhere in the metro area.
We’re Winning Big! The dedicated people of Kansas City are getting major recognition with our Appreciation Program. Appreciation rewards go to representatives every month and quarter for their great work and for the meaningful positive interactions they create that shape the customer experience.
