As a new Customer Service Representative, you will receive six weeks of fully paid New Hire Training to bring you up-to-date on the processes and tools that will help you provide a positive customer experience. Gain the knowledge and confidence necessary to be successful in your position and launch your career with Spectrum, where the sky is the limit.

  • Grow Your Career. Advance your career through our Professional Growth Program (PGP), a self-paced career progression process, once you have been in the role for at least six months. Interested in leadership opportunities? You can apply for our Lead and Supervisor Intern Programs to develop your skills for the next step in your career. Over 75% our Lead and Supervisor positions are filled through internal promotions.

  • Take a Break. Relax and unwind during the busy day in our dedicated break room. You can catch up on the latest news or your favorite programs on one of our big-screen TVs. Enjoy a game of table tennis, or video games, or shoot hoops. We continue to expand and add new break-room activities. We also have vendors onsite, like food trucks you can visit during your lunch break.

  • Keep It Fun. Our Employee Activity Calendar is full of fun events every month. Participate in the Chili Cook-Off, Hottest Salsa, or Hot Dog Eating contest. Join us in celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and local events, such as San Antonio Fiesta, and the San Antonio Rodeo and Livestock Show. Our goal is to make your workday fun.
