As a Bilingual Call Center Representative you will have the opportunity to support our bilingual customers with all their needs and help us expand our growing business.
Pick up where our website leaves off. Talk or chat with customers who need help while placing an order online. Our Digital Sales Channel Agents paint a holistic picture to close deals that include all of our services.
Get an expert understanding of our products and services. Then, take calls from existing and potential customers to paint the picture of how our services meet their connectivity needs.

Care for all aspects of order fulfillment and the life cycle of sales orders. You'll partner with various departments to provide the highest level of service to current and prospective Spectrum customers while utilizing various tools, and seeking further sales opportunities when possible, to complement the customer experience.
Keep our business customers satisfied. That includes offering answers to their biggest questions, new services to meet their needs and the data to back it up.
Understand the needs of our business customers so they can get the most out of our products and services. They’ll look to you for guidance in their biggest challenges.
Your day starts with a rundown of your sales numbers and the goals for that month. Then, you’ll hop on the line with your customers. You’ll strive to understand their needs and concerns and work with them to find the right solutions. Supervisors will be there to help you through any challenges. But this really is a job where independent self-motivators thrive. Keep an eye on your goals and metrics to see just how big of a commission you can earn. Also, note that this role may require you to work nights and weekends.

It's a great environment to work for. Everybody is upbeat, high tempo. People are willing to help. It starts with our leadership. I mean, our leadership is impeccable. They're always there by your side. It's a great, great, great company to work for. They have great benefits here, the commission package is very, very robust.
When I did come in, I had little, little training in sales. They're still willing to train people that don't have a full extreme background of sales.
We are a bundled service company, so believe it or not, when you do the three lines of business, which is the TV, the internet and the home phone, you do get a better deal. A much better deal.
If I had to say the best thing of working here, it's got to be the camaraderie. I mean, the people that work here, the environment, it's a big family, basically. I love sharing the same roof with these people.
