BE A PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Construction Operations of services within the Construction Department. This entails has to planning, assigning, and directing the employees who are engaged in construction, installation, maintenance and operation of different telecommunications systems and support items.

No two days are the same as a Senior Construction Manager. By ensuring that services are turned up on time and within Capital, and Expense budgets and providing Management with daily reporting Metrics of the key business drivers, your work will help in the expansion of Charter’s network.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in a management position for at least ten years, extensive experience in all facets of cable and telephone operation and construction in Support of Residential and Commercial Services
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Technical Skills: Possesses extensive knowledge of local, State and utility rules and regulations governing the construction and maintenance of the Cable TV and telephone systems, able to manage large capital and operational budgets, able to read and interpret technical documents, Fiber/HFC systems design blue prints, legal documents related to easements and rights of way, and various communications systems and sub-systems
  • Abilities: Ability to read, write, and speak English. Able to lead in a metric-driven manner, able to communicate roles and responsibilities as well as expectations to management and to the team
  • Skills: Clear and concise communicator, strong leader, able to motivate and supervise others
