You establish mutually beneficial processes to improve relationships and contribute to improving the long-term retention of clients. You proactively support the existing client base by collaborating with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
WHAT OUR CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT SPECIALISTS ENJOY MOST
Support various client outreach initiatives to maintain accounts, increase revenue and improve the client experience.
Assist in the creation of long-term account service plans and positioning strategies.
Participate in internal project meetings to provide insight as needed during project planning.
Maintain and update internal databases with accurate client information.
Resolve client needs, issues or questions and serve as a client advocate when interacting with internal teams.
Monitor internal reports to maintain compliance with processes and procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required Qualifications
Experience: Two or more years of sales relationship administration and Salesforce experience; Three or more years of ICOMS/CSG experience.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical Skills: Familiar with the telecommunications industry and fiber processes; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills: Relationship-building, project management, prioritization, organizational, issue resolution and English communication skills.
Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to establish long-term client rapport while managing multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience as an Account Coordinator.
