JOB SUMMARY
As the EEO Compliance Manager, you will assist the Sr. Director, EEO Compliance in leading the change to ensure compliance with Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulatory obligations. With a focus on analyzing workforce data, you will identify trends, disparities, and areas of concern, using this information to assist in the development of strategic solutions that promote equal opportunities.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Assist with analyzing workforce data and implementing strategies to address identified disparities.
Conduct regular internal audits to identify and address potential areas of non-compliance.
Assist with Action-Oriented Program requirements.
Manage FCC requirements.
Lead annual compensation analysis.
Review of regulatory changes to determine the impact on processes and systems. Identify process gaps and regulatory risks to the organization.
Support communication of annual Affirmative Action Plans and Goals to BU leaders, HR/TA; and conduct quarterly updates on progress throughout the year.
Provide process improvement and other relevant change recommendations to Sr. Director, EEO Compliance based on audit findings.
Manage required physical postings for Federal/State Posters and Charter Policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of EEO Regulations
Familiarity with Affirmative Action Plans
Shown ability to analyze data to identify trends
Evidence of problem solving & critical thinking skills
Demonstrated attention to detail in work output
Shown ability to coordinate, prioritize and balance multiple initiatives simultaneously
Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential environment
Required Education
Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Recent experience in Human Resources or EEO Compliance - 5+
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS Applications
