Senior Organization Effectiveness Specialist
Job Summary Do you have the skills needed to develop and implement strategies, programs, and processes to support Spectrum’s Organization Effectiveness (OE) team? As a Senior OE Specialist, you will oversee programs like performance management, talent and succession planning, development planning, employee surveys, and other initiatives to support the business, all while consulting Human Resources partners across Spectrum. Your work will support the teams that keep millions of customers connected.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Support medium-to large-scale programs, processes and projects, such as talent planning, succession planning, and other programs, processes and projects supported by the OE team
Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with partner teams to stay on track
Create training resources (e.g., reference guides, job aids) and supporting project materials
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on progress and improvements
Troubleshoot technology issues, partnering with technology teams for solutions
Identify process improvements from client feedback and propose solutions
Consolidate and analyze large amounts of data depicting findings in an engaging manner
Research topics to support OE programs and processes, and make recommendations
Lead meetings and presentations providing OE consulting to HR partners across Spectrum; monitor functional mailboxes and manage responses
Partner with HR and business leaders to implement OE strategies
Assist HRBP clients with OE-related planning and management, offering training
Participate in OE/Leadership Development project teams, representing business needs
Review employee survey data to form insights for HR consultations

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
3+ years of HR or consulting experience
3+ years of experience in delivering presentations and facilitating discussions with groups and/or senior-level leaders
3+ years of experience in understanding client needs and recommending solutions
Skills:
Demonstrated interpersonal skills for an effective working relationship with various levels of employees
Demonstrated communications skills (verbal and written) necessary to foster productive relationships across the company
Effective critical thinking and analytical skills, attention to detail, time management skills: ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks with different leaders
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner across all employee levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding and ever-changing work environment; flexibility and willingness to work in a rapidly changing HR environment
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Specific experience needed in data analysis and visualization using Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree preferred
Skills:
HR or consulting experience (OE or LD preferred)
Knowledge of HR data management and reporting, especially Human Capital Management systems preferred (Oracle preferred)
Familiarity with project management software tools (Asana preferred), methodologies, and best practices
Experience in end-to-end HR project management
