Seeking an opportunity to guide a dedicated team and drive efficient HR operations? As the Employee Services Center Supervisor of Processing Legal Requests you will oversee the daily execution of Spectrum’s Employee Services Center’s legal request processing programs, ensuring service quality of records requested across all functional areas including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HR Technology, Learning Solutions, and Onboarding. By leveraging your team management skills, you will maintain high standards for client responsiveness and help achieve departmental goals that shape the Charter client experience.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Hire, supervise and support Employee Services Center representatives responsible for the processing of HR Records requested by Charter Legal Department, providing Tier 2 escalation assistance to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Lead team meetings, train and provide performance feedback and support to Employee Services Center direct reports
Oversee the research, collection, validation and production of records from multiple HR systems, including vendor tools and data warehouse services; ensuring sensitive employee information is handled in accordance with privacy, confidentiality, and within information security requirements.
Perform quality assurance and establish standards as needed to ensure the integrity of timely legal requests are completed accurately, confidentially and within established service level agreements.
Govern compliance performance using metrics, analyze reports to identify issues and recommend actionable changes.
Foster strong relationships with HR clients and vendors to ensure client responsiveness and service quality consistently meet department goals and Service Level Agreements.
Manage and navigate multiple business systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure documentation is updated and maintained for all processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to process redesign and system/tool enhancements.
Partner with Corporate Legal to interpret request requirements to ensure understanding, establish priorities, and ensure alignment on expectations, including compliance with legal hold tasks.
Create and deliver reports that demonstrate workload, turnaround times, quality metrics, and compliance results to management, including root cause analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
Support internal and external audits related to employee records management and legal compliance.

Required Qualifications
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR operations, records management, legal support, compliance, or related field.
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume, production-oriented environment
Ability to manage multiple high-priority requests while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Functional knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management.
