What our Supervisor of Multi-Tenant Sales Enjoy Most About the Role
· Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, ensuring a seamless and satisfying journey for our clients.
· Exceed budgeted sales goals by supervising a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and managing other sales resources as assigned.
· Recruit and train new sales representatives, building a capable and dynamic team to drive sales success.
· Balance field and office work to effectively support sales staff, dedicating approximately 70% to field activities and 30% to office responsibilities.
· Oversee payroll processes and handle employee relations, including performance appraisals and training, while also assisting with budget preparation and marketing input.

Required Qualifications
Education
· A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is required, or equivalent experience.
Experience
· 1+ year in sales and at least 6 months in supervisor role.
Technical Skills
· Ability to maintain close vision, peripheral vision and the capability to adjust focus effectively.
· A valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and auto insurance are essential.
· Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications like word processing and spreadsheets is essential.
Skills & Abilities
· Possess knowledge of community sales practices and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record that meets company standards, along with required auto insurance.
· Demonstrates clear and straightforward communication skills, both orally and in writing and possess proficiency in using personal computers and software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets.

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $113,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $48,000.
