As an Associate Data Analyst Spectrum, you’ll support management by transforming information into actionable insights that uncover trends and guide operational strategies. Your work will influence how resources are maximized and how opportunities are identified, making a real impact on our organization’s success.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Assist in analyzing data to support a range of business solutions and help optimize the customer experience
  • Collaborate with senior team members to document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to deliver requested data elements under general supervision
  • Generate forecasts, reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses to provide insights on operational trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and other resources for end users
  • Ensure data accuracy by performing audits and supporting compliance with reporting requirements
  • Create report specifications in response to business requests

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Experience   

  • 0+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience

Skills   

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at one time
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to quickly identify business problems and opportunities
  • Clear oral and written communication skills with all levels of management and personnel
  • Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Word and Excel

The base pay for this position generally is between $55,600.00 and $88,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
