As a Lead Product Manager on the connectivity team, you will be responsible for defining and launching a leading product development process cutting edge multi-gig connectivity products that deliver the fastest and most reliable speeds into customers’ homes. The (from ideation to successful product launch) to be used by all lines of business. This role will assume leadership in ad hoc cross-functional team building and input gathering and will be at the center of a fast paced, highly visible efforts. The role will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills, combined with an ability to bridge between the technologies and the business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the design and development of complex, cross-functional product requirements for Spectrum’s services and applications
  • Apply digital best practices in accessibility, usability, requirement writing, agile development, software product management, web analytics, and product lifecycle management
  • Translate industry-leading product development knowledge into actionable strategies that fit Spectrum’s unique market position
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues, recommending optimal solutions to enhance product effectiveness
  • Shape the direction of Spectrum’s product offerings while advocating for excellence across all areas
  • Evaluate proposed features and enhancements, prioritizing decisions that benefit the digital user experience and align with consumer interests
  • Develop and communicate product strategies for new services and features to drive financial outcomes
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders in product, marketing, and customer operations to implement strategic initiatives
  • Use data-driven insights to influence priorities and measure success

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

Experience

  • 5+ years Product development/management

Skills

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to adapt to a new environment and make an impact quickly, manage and foster change, influence large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results, listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations, plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently, drive multiple projects and tasks, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, show judgment and initiative, accomplish job duties, strategize solutions based on data analysis
  • In-depth foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • In-depth knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA
  • Demonstrates strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization
  • Product Management and/or Product Development Experience Required, preferably in Cable, Telecommunications, Software or Web Services
  • Telecom experience

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,330.00 and $156,530.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
