JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the strategic development, coordination and communication of short term and long range real estate plans, objectives and budgets based upon over-arching organizational goals and objectives. This position will manage individuals, vendors and cross functional teams in the development and implementation of feasibility studies, evaluation of viable alternatives and balancing business needs. Plans contain multiple strategic initiatives which are frequently dynamic and complex.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Implements and directs short term and long range real estate planning activities for Charter including analytical evaluation of the portfolio
Partners with senior level management with minimal direction
Proactively identifies strategies to optimize the real estate portfolio
Acts as a focal point for real estate planning initiatives
Effectively performs and presents cost and feasibility analysis to Executive Leadership for approval
Monitors critical lease dates and collaborates with regional and local business leaders
Manages the development and execution of Charter’s regional and enterprise-wide real estate solutions
Maintains regional and enterprise wide market intelligence in order to capitalize on market opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and business initiatives
Manages internal customer relationships to drive win-win requirements
Serves as an active business partner for real estate solutions, establishing solid, effective connections with leadership, regional and corporate business groups

Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Required Education
Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Real Estate Portfolio Management - 6-7 Management experience - 3+

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
