As a Senior Data Insights Manager on the Operational Analytics & Insights team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of internal customers during all stages of the relationship, with responsibility for ensuring their success, overall satisfaction, and ability to achieve measurable value using our best-in-class solutions and services. To succeed, this candidate must possess the ability to build trusted business partner relationships, incorporate partner experience and feedback into overall product development, and identify expansion opportunities.


WHAT OUR SENIOR DATA INSIGHTS MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Digging into complex, cross-functional data to uncover root causes, trends, and actionable insights that shape business strategy and influence key decisions.
  • Making strategic recommendations that drive customer experience improvements, enhance segmentation effectiveness, and unlock sales and marketing revenue growth.
  • Communicating high-impact insights and data-driven narratives to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualization.
  • Providing scalable AI and analytics technology solutions that align with business objectives and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
  • Partnering closely with stakeholders across Inbound Sales, Retention, Digital, and Customer Care to identify high-value opportunities and accelerate outcomes.
  • Leading a cross-functional analytics relationship team and serving as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for business partners.
  • Translating stakeholder goals into success plans with clear KPIs, tracking performance, resolving blockers, and showcasing wins through documented value stories.
  • Elevating the voice of the business by surfacing executive needs, sharing best practices, and continuously informing product and analytics solution evolution.
  • Representing the voice of the executive to inform the product roadmap and service delivery model

On a typical day you’ll support product teams by enabling the design and end-to-end delivery of automated AI Solutions and data driven insights for a variety of product-focused business solutions. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Telecommunications industry leadership: 6+ years
    • Customer facing products and services environment: 5+ years
    • Working within a data platform and data analysis environment: 5+
    • Managing complex projects: 3-5 years
    • Leading teams of data analysts and data scientists
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Skills:
    • AI & Predictive Modeling: Proven expertise in developing and operationalizing AI-driven models for sales, marketing, and CX use cases—including churn prediction, behavior modeling, and next-best-action strategies.
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Advanced capability in NLP, including sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and conversational analytics for voice, chat, and social media data.
    • Advanced Python Programming: Expert in Python for data science, machine learning, and automation—leveraging libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and NLTK/spaCy.
    • Cloud-Based Analytics Solutions: Experience architecting and deploying analytics pipelines in Azure, AWS, Redshift, and Microsoft Fabric, including integration with data lakes, cloud warehouses, and real-time processing.
    • Customer Experience & Journey Analytics: Deep understanding of CX metrics, customer effort, journey analytics, and real-time VoC insights across digital, phone, and in-person interactions.
    • Sales & Marketing Analytics: Skilled in using analytics to optimize sales behaviors, performance KPIs, and marketing effectiveness across digital and traditional channels.
    • Segmentation & Personalization: Expertise in developing behavioral, demographic, and value-based segmentation strategies to drive targeted engagement and loyalty.
    • Digital Experience Strategy: Proven track record in improving digital experience through funnel diagnostics, UX analytics, and multichannel behavioral insights across web, app, and social media platforms.
    • BI & Visualization Tools: Advanced in SQL, Tableau (Desktop/Server), Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for analytics storytelling, dashboards, and executive reporting.
    • Agile & Analytics Delivery: Experienced with Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and deploying scalable analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Abilities:
    • Lead AI-Driven Initiatives: Proven ability to lead and manage complex AI and analytics projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment, measurable outcomes, and timely delivery.
    • Manage Multistack AI Development: Skilled in overseeing development across diverse technology stacks (e.g., Python, cloud platforms, visualization tools), including the integration of machine learning models into production systems.
    • Rapid Learning & Domain Adaptability: Quick to learn and apply evolving AI/ML techniques while adapting to industry-specific ecosystems such as telecom, digital platforms, and customer experience systems.
    • Analytical Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making, root cause analysis, and model-based optimization.
    • Executive & Technical Communication: Effective communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Strategic Business Partnership: Adept at building trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback into product enhancements, and identifying opportunities for AI-powered growth.
    • Team Leadership & Culture Building: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture that encourages continuous learning and shared success.
  • Working Conditions
    • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly

The base pay for this position generally is between $110,800.00 and $196,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
