The base pay for this position generally is between $98,780.00 and $175,340.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.

Are you ready to shape the future of human resources at Spectrum by driving innovative programs and ensuring compliance in a rapidly evolving industry? As our Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will play a strategic role in developing, implementing, and managing policies that support recruitment, employment, employee relations, and equal opportunity initiatives. You will partner with leadership to craft HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, resolve complex HR challenges, and champion positive change in a fast-paced business environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal employment laws to minimize risk/exposure to the company
- Oversee recruiting process, guide performance management program integrity and employee development, and develop employee retention strategies
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including escalations and investigations, ensuring Spectrum policies are administered fairly and consistently
- Collaborate with the client group to understand business challenges, assess future workforce needs, and execute HR strategies to provide timely, effective, and cost-efficient support and consultation.
- Oversee Human Resources communications, manage organizational change, and participate in enterprise-wide taskforce initiatives
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits, annual enrollment, labor relations programs, and labor relations negotiations
- Lead a high-performance team by attracting top talent, ensuring clarity in roles and expectations, fostering collaboration and teamwork, managing performance, and executing strategies that deliver results

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or organizational behavior or related field
- Experience
Experience
- 6+ years of human resource generalist experience in a multi-location organization
- 3+ years of management experience
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management and company personnel;
- Ability to speak in a public forum and effectively present information to management
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations;
- Ability to effectively manage/lead projects, work independently as well as supervise the work of others, prioritize and organize effectively, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, and show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties
- Ability to deal with the public in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality of information
- Proven PC skills and Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced knowledge of local state and federal employment laws and procedures, recruitment trends and technologies, wage and hour laws, staffing and employment practices, and employee relation's procedures and applicable laws
Preferred Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred
Skills
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record within Spectrum required standards preferred
