Are you ready to take on the challenge of leading all aspects of project development and implementation as a Senior Product Delivery Manager at Spectrum? In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for your projects, guiding them from concept to completion. You will effectively monitor and drive project performance by utilizing project management best practices and tools. 


How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Drive established Voice program/project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of approved project scope on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations 
  • Responsible for assembling program/project plans and assignments with stakeholders and cross functional teams, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, conducting quality reviews, and managing functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately 
  • Develop options and recommendations to drive critical decisions 
  • Responsible for tracking key program/project milestones and adjusting program/project and/or resource plans as necessary 
  • Ensure program/project documents and reports are complete, current, and appropriately maintained 
  • Responsible for appropriate communication with all stakeholders in the delivery of the work effort being managed 
  • Proactively meet with the internal teams of an assigned project to provide status updates, reporting and to gather project-related feedback 
  • Ensure timelines and quality of third-party vendor and internal program/project deliverables 
  • Partner and facilitate with cross functional teams to optimize delivery timelines

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 


Required Qualifications 

  • Education 
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field or work experience 
  • Experience
    • 5+ years project management experience 
  • Skills
    • In-depth understanding of multiple project management disciplines  
    • Word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software expertise 
    • Strong oral and written communication skills; able to prioritize, facilitate and organize information effectively 
    • Proven ability to define key performance indicators/metrics, along with ability to analyze and interpret data 
    • Proven ability to show judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties  
    • Capable of to developing strong working relationships with peers and program/project members 
    • Ability to prepare and deliver data-driven presentations to various levels of the organization  
    • Proven ability to implement program/project plans and monitor progress, resource usage and quality  
    • Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Education
    • Product owner/Scrum Master certification

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,330.00 and $156,530.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
