BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

A Business Systems Analyst on the Fraud Protection Team, you will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and implementing systems to prevent, detect and manage fraud within the organization. You will gain knowledge of business systems and industry requirements and will help design and develop new systems or new ways to use existing systems to accomplish business objectives.


HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Run routine reports and dashboards on fraud KPIs and flag anomalies
  • Write and maintain basic SQL queries and Excel analyses to support investigations and rule tuning
  • Assist with root cause analysis on incidents, document findings and recommended fixes
  • Help test rule changes and tool updates (UAT), track issues, and follow up to resolution
  • Prepare clear summaries for stakeholders (weekly updates, incident recaps)
  • Maintain data quality: validate report inputs, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and escalate data issues to improve accuracy and reliability of fraud reporting

On a given day you’ll be conducting feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions to business problems. If you’re an organized, creative problem-solver, this could be the role for you.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Business Systems or IT related experience: 0-2 years
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Abilities:
    • Plan, prioritize, and organize effectively
    • Handle multiple projects
    • Quickly identify business problems and provide solutions
    • Analyze and interpret data
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated expertise in fraud prevention and detection.
    • Proficiency with applicable enterprise systems
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of management
    • Strong data analysis skills, including pattern recognition and trend interpretation
    • Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
