Communicating with customers and partners via phone, chat and email to maximize sales opportunities.
Acting as a liaison for multiple groups, ensuring order accuracy and handling non-standard scenarios.

Required Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
2+ years in sales or customer service
Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
Effective at resolving customer complaints and issues
Ability to work independently and in a group setting
Comfortable with prolonged seated work and taking back-to-back calls
Knowledge of residential product information, packaging, pricing, and offers
Proficiency with personal computers and software applications
Knowledge of Cable, HIS, and Telephone services
Understanding of general accounting and billing procedures
Preferred Qualifications
