BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As an HR Coordinator at Spectrum, you’ll play a key role in supporting the people behind our mission—delivering superior connectivity to our customers. You’ll be the administrative backbone of our Human Resources and Recruiting functions, supporting a call center workforce. Your work helps ensure a seamless employee experience, from onboarding to maintaining data accuracy, allowing our teams to focus on delivering results and driving business success. The Human Resources Coordinator will report directly to the Manager, Human Resources.


WHAT OUR HR COORDINATORS ENJOY MOST

  • Managing end-to-end coordination for new hire onboarding, orientation, and training schedules to create a smooth start for incoming employees.
  • Accurately entering and auditing employee data in HRIS systems while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Coordinating interview logistics and calendar management in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and reliability.
  • Ensuring I-9 and E-Verify compliance, supporting documentation processes, and maintaining organized employee records.
  • Proactively following up on tasks, closing communication loops, and supporting HR initiatives that drive a positive employee experience.
  • Assist with educating employees on benefit programs, administration of employee Leaves of Absence programs, workers compensation processes, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years of Human Resources support and administrative experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and some post high school training in Human Resources
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations; Strong PC skills – expert in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Abilities: Ability to deal with issues and subject matter in ways that requires considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
  • Travel Ability: Limited travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
  • aPHR or SHRM-CP
