What you can expect in this role 

As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include

  • The Sales Operations Organization Sales Operations executes a diverse array of strategic, analytical and operational initiatives that drive continuous improvement of the Sales Organization. Through the Spectrum Internship Program, Sales Operations will fully incorporate interns into high-performing teams to undertake impactful projects while providing them with ongoing mentorship and development opportunities. We are seeking critical thinkers with excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills who will thrive in a respectful, collaborative environment that values high standards and effectiveness.

  • The Sales Operations Systems Analyst Intern Role  will utilize their knowledge of software applications and understanding of operational procedures and business strategy to develop solutions that have a meaningful impact on performance.

  • In this role you will gain experience engaging leaders to assess business needs, documenting user stories and functional requirements, and partnering with technical resources to deliver solutions.  

  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail who has a passion for leveraging technology to solve problems and drive improvement.


Here’s what it takes to get started 

Required qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

  • Drives results through effective project and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
