The Customer Service Reliability team plays a critical role in ensuring those connections remain dependable and consistent. We move beyond tracking metrics to engineering reliability. Every dataset we analyze, every trend we identify, and every recommendation we make is aimed at a single, measurable outcome: a more dependable service for every home we connect.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Business Analyst on this team, you will help define what needs to happen next. By analyzing customer service reliability data across multiple sources, you will surface patterns, quantify impact, and translate findings into clear recommendations that influence priorities and decisions across the business.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Analyze customer service reliability data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement
Translate complex datasets into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations
Create reports, analyses, and presentations that inform operational and customer experience decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams to support investigations, prioritization, and improvement efforts
Contribute to initiatives that improve service quality, reduce customer friction, and strengthen reliability outcomes
Analyze external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Business analysis or related experience: 2 years or more
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills:
Proficiency with core business and analytical tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Abilities:
Proven ability to identify core business problems from incomplete or ambiguous data
Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex insights for diverse audiences
Effective prioritization and organization in a changing, deadline-driven environment.
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
