How You’ll Make an Impact
Establish metrics, create data visualizations and outline ETL needs
Extract, clean and engineer data for readiness and accuracy
Interpret information, develop hypotheses and recommend analytical approaches
Utilize advanced visualization tools to deliver customer-ready reports
Present findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and presentations
Foster effective partnerships with cross functional teams
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
Skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and present data
Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
Proven ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Proficiency in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
Understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools
Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
