BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Business Systems Analysis Director leading the Fraud Protection Team, you are responsible for the design and development of new systems related to automating fraud-based systems and rules used to protect the consumer and Spectrum from fraud.
You will lead strategic initiatives, integrate cross-functional expertise and fortify our defenses against evolving fraud vectors. Using your deep fraud expertise and strategic acumen, you will drive proactive defense capabilities, mentor junior analysts and scale team impact.
WHAT OUR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSIS DIRECTORS ENJOY MOST
Directing the activities of a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Leading a team to effectively monitor, investigate, and analyze authentication-related fraud (e.g., credential stuffing, account takeovers, device spoofing, MFA bypass).
Working in a fast-paced, high-risk environment and interface with senior leadership to report on fraud trends, emerging risks and mitigation outcomes.
Driving multi-functional efforts and collaborate with engineering, IT, product, cyber and legal teams to implement new fraud controls.
Owning the strategy and roadmap for fraud detection and prevention across authentication touchpoints.
Acting as fraud subject matter expert for authentication technologies and customer identify verification processes by providing technical and strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
Evaluating new applications and IT developments to make recommendations on appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
In this role you’ll be working on assignments that are broad in nature and often require originality and ingenuity. If you’re a creative problem-solver who can lead cross-functional teams to address identified fraud issues, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of experience with business systems; Management: 7+ years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience
Skills: Expert knowledge of business and systems; Expert analytic, organizational, and problem solving skills; Effective team and relationship building skills; Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Abilities: Prioritize and organize effectively; Analyze and interpret data; Quickly identify business problems/opportunities; Communicate with all levels of management and company employees; Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
