Director of Channel Sales, Community Solutions will primarily be responsible for the development and business growth of external channel partners (agents) who are focused on selling Spectrum Community Solutions bulk video and internet services to Multi Dwelling Unit Owners and Managers within Charter service areas. The Director, Channel Sales may actively participate in key sales opportunities and is responsible for initial review and approval of project ROI's for compliance with Spectrum Community Solutions financial thresholds and the development of a business case where appropriate.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Develops and executes strategic plan to grow revenue through a multi-channel distribution model.
Builds channel awareness and encourages focus on Spectrum Community Solutions products and services and its value proposition.
Facilitates, develops and manages sales enablement and training plans to ensure partners are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively to meet revenue objectives; ensures awareness and collaboration, minimizing sales conflicts.
Works with internal boundary partners such as Marketing, Order Management, Finance, etc. to deliver sales enablement tools and processes for a best in class Partner experience.
Coordinate product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals for the benefit of the Channel.
Manage and advise engaged agents on effective solutions to current business opportunities on new products/services as applicable.
Meets and exceeds annual sales and revenue targets across the multiple channels.
Direct financial accountability for revenue and expense budgets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to engage with and motivate partner marketing to support requirements
Ability to develop and implement partner business plans that drive revenue goals
Ability to recruit new partnerships
Technically adept, experienced with Cloud, Hosting and Managed Services
Ability to optimize investments in the channel to drive sales
Ability to communicate vision in bold and persuasive terms
Ability to translate organization’s vision/mission to actionable, quantitative plans
Proven business planning and forecasting skills
Ability to analyze data and develop and present data driven reports
Ability to align systems, programs and people with the company strategy and culture
Proven leadership ability
Ability to serve as a visionary and think strategically
Ability to lead large change initiatives
Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Experience working with partners, channel and integrators to build strategic programs that drive demand and sales - 8+
Leadership experience - 5+
