BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As an Executive Assistant on the Customer Service Reliability team, you’ll provide support to the executive team, by managing day-to-day activities including schedules, travel, and communications.
WHAT OUR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS ENJOY MOST
Answering routine and some complex inquiries on behalf of supporting executives
Preparing supporting executives for travel, public events and speaking engagements by compiling relevant information and contributing content to composition of presentations, speeches or other correspondence
Preparing and maintaining confidential documents and data, including some complex documents requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications
Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
Performing comprehensive event planning and coordination function, including determining attendees, flow of information to attendees, equipment, staffing, catering, location, etc
You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative, office environment. You’ll do well in this role if you can work on multiple tasks simultaneously, have excellent interpersonal skills, and can pivot to address needs as they arise.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Executive Administration: 3 years or more
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
Skills: Computer and software applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Abilities: Handle multiple projects and tasks; Maintain confidentiality of information; Prioritize and organize effectively; Communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner; Show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Working conditions: Office environment; Hybrid Schedule - Four in-office days weekly
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge: Cable television products and services; Organization policies and practices
