Join Spectrum as a Service Reliability Data Insights Manager and lead impactful analysis that enhances customer experience and operational performance. In this role, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategic decisions, uncover opportunities to improve reliability, and drive meaningful business outcomes through reporting, dashboards, and scenario modeling.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Ensures thorough analysis and understanding of interdependencies, business risks, and mitigation strategies that may affect service reliability, operational performance, and the delivery of new products, processes, and support technologies to include data-driven insights and analysis to support key projects, recurring reports, and strategic initiatives, including the Monthly Operational Review
• Works with business partners and stakeholders across multiple products, business units, and organizational areas to understand strategic priorities and translate them into insight-driven analysis that supports service reliability and performance improvement including developing scenario models to support complex business decisions, evaluate potential outcomes, and inform strategic planning
• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise dashboards and reports that provide visibility into service reliability, operational trends, and performance outcomes
• Analyzes current and historical performance, performs variance analyses on key metrics, and identifies trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Meets established timelines and sprint commitments, and proactively communicates risks, issues, or challenges that may affect deliverables
• Provides guidance, direction, and thought leadership to junior analysts, supporting professional development and strengthening analytical capability across the team

Working Conditions
• This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule where eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week
• Some travel required


What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Experience

  • 5 years in customer-facing products or services environment
  • 5 years working in a data platform or data analysis environment
  • 5 years managing complex projects
  • Experience leading teams of data analysts and data scientist

Skills

  • Balance resource demands and prioritize business needs
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
  • Strategy and tactic development and implementation skills
  • Supervisory and motivational abilities
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Communication skills for complex technical concepts across all organizational levels
  • Advanced data analysis, interpretation and presentation abilities
  • Expertise in SQL
  • Experience managing complex projects and development within various technology stacks
  • Familiarity with development strategies, project management and technical consultancy
  • Strong verbal and written communication for internal and external customers
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications
Education

  • Relevant Master’s degree

Experience

  • 2+ years in management or leadership roles

Skills

  • Knowledge of telecommunications
