Through user acceptance and operational readiness testing, this team plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional services and experiences Spectrum is known for.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Manager, Program Management on the Business Integration team, you’ll establish project management standards and oversee Project Management staff. You’ll drive strategic development and implementation of projects from original concept through final implementation to meet strategic company and departmental initiatives.
WHAT OUR PROGRAM MANAGEMENT MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Working with leadership to create roadmaps and coordinate development and implementation of multiple initiatives
Tracking project statuses, adjusting team member assignments and resource allocations to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget
Conducting performance reviews and monitoring continuous improvement plans
Coaching and counseling employees while planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Ensuring alignment between project objectives and technical/operational solutions
Creating weekly status update presentations for leadership

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Project Management: 5 years or more
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Skills: Proficient with PC and software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and software development lifecycle tools and processes (Agile, Business Analysis, Project Management, Product Ownership, Jira, etc.)
Abilities: Prioritize, organize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously; excellent written and verbal communication skills; translate and synthesize data into a compelling narrative; supervise and motivate others
Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Management or leadership
Education: Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
