As a Senior Data Analyst at Spectrum, you’ll play a key role in shaping resource optimization across multiple departments by delivering impactful forecasts and reports. Your expertise will empower management to identify trends and opportunities, making a measurable difference in Spectrum’s operational success.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Perform advanced exploratory and root-cause analysis across customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify key drivers, trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Leverage AI/NLP-enabled analytical techniques, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate insight generation from customer interactions.

  • Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations that clearly articulate the magnitude of the opportunity and recommended actions.

  • Validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data quality checks, sample reviews and business validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for analytical methodologies, business definitions, taxonomies, data sources and quality standards to ensure repeatability and continuity.

  • Integrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reporting elements.


What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience

Skills

  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize and organize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities

  • Capability to work independently and within a team

  • Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, integrating and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources

  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), text classification, clustering or other AI-assisted analytical techniques

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools

  • Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings for business audience

  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and similar software applications
