Do you thrive on shaping strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth? As the Senior Manager of Customer Communication at Spectrum, you will lead impactful programs that connect customers with our products and services, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver effective communication strategies. Your work will drive customer retention, growth and revenue through thoughtful planning and execution that elevates the Spectrum experience.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

  • Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns and customer communications with a focus on Direct To Consumer strategy
  • Oversee product and programming launch strategies and communications including new app launches and digital media
  • Guide pricing strategy changes and ensure effective support and execution
  • Manage communication tactics and vehicles for consistent messaging across channels
  • Provide internal project communications to meet organizational needs at all levels
  • Support requests for customer communications by developing comprehensive plans
  • Manage retention activities including lifecycle events and approve projects, purchase orders and invoices as needed

Working Conditions   

  • Office environment
  • Travel as required
  • This role observes a hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office/1 day remote

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience

Experience   

  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years of management experience

Skills   

  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures
  • Knowledge of media and digital tactics
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to supervise and motivate others
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to create plans, timelines, expense forecasts and process flowcharts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of cable television experience

Skills

  • Knowledge of cable television products and services
