This role is key to driving growth by connecting the dots between, data, campaign strategy, and sales impact.

  • Leading with Purpose: Direct a team of analysts to plan and execute personalized, multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Turning data into strategy: Translate complex business needs into data-driven solutions that improve targeting, lead generation, and overall campaign performance.
  • Driving insight through analytics: Leverage tools like SQL and HCL Unica Campaign to uncover actionable insights, optimize workflows, and expand customer reach.
  • Improving performance at scale: Continuously enhance campaign efficiency, reporting, and ROI through process improvements, automation, and strategic vendor management.

The role offers a professional office environment with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.


What You'll Bring to Spectrum

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 7 or more years in data marketing, campaign development or analytics. Five or more years leading cross-functional, data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Advance SQL and Excel for querying, analyzing, and summarizing data. Proficient with relational databases and large, complex datasets. Experience with HCL Unica Campaign or similar tools.
  • Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to translate business goals into actionable data strategies. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven. Maintain confidentiality and exercises sound judgement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cable or telecom industry.
  • Background in automated marketing platforms or database marketing.
  • Knowledge of data transformation practices (ETL/ELT)
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
