As a Territory Management Manager at Spectrum, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining balanced sales territories, overseeing account assignments and optimizing market coverage. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Oversee development, maintenance and optimization of Mid-Market and Strategic territories for all applicable sales roles
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to review, refine and plan new territories, engaging daily at multiple levels to drive results
  • Administer territory strategies in alignment with Spectrum’s sales rules of engagement, ensuring effective coverage and balanced assignments
  • Audit and review account designations with sales representatives, managing active account assignments and coordinating account merges and associations
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports that provide analytics and insights on assigned territories to inform decision-making
  • Support strategic planning and sales initiatives using territory optimization software to analyze and implement territory changes
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve data integrity and support territory management requests within the sales CRM

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, arts, or equivalent

Experience

  • 3+ years in sales or business operations
  • 1+ years working with sales CRM systems such as Salesforce or Siebel

Skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • Proficient in Excel and extensive experience with large data sets
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of U.S. geography and demographics
  • Ability to categorize businesses by enterprise vertical accurately
  • Strong execution on short timeframes and due date-driven projects and monthly deliverables
