Responsibilities
- Enhancing the customer experience by promptly responding to inbound sales calls and meeting call handling metrics.
- Developing sales proposals, maximizing revenue and maintaining accurate sales databases.
- Collaborating with support groups to complete sales, resolve issues and determine serviceability.
- Offering bundled services, educating customers on products and maintaining current technical knowledge.
- Exceeding monthly sales goals through a consultative approach and staying informed about competitors' products.
- Call center office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of professional work experience & sales experience
- Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional
- Experience in selling video (TV), data (internet), and voice (telephone) services
- Understanding of cable communications products and services
- Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- 2+ years of experience selling Voice, Data, and Video solutions in the SMB market
- 2+ years of call center sales experience in a B2B and/or telecommunications industry

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $22.30. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $23,400.
