Your consultative approach will strengthen customer relationships and contribute to Spectrum’s growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Respond to inbound sales calls nationwide and meet key performance standards
  • Offer bundled internet, mobile, telephone, and video solutions while educating customers about Spectrum’s products and billing
  • Present tailored sales proposals and maximize opportunities to sell additional services
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Work with support teams to complete sales and resolve customer inquiries
  • Evaluate client locations for service feasibility and coordinate construction estimates
  • Stay informed on competitors to effectively position Spectrum’s offerings

Working Conditions

  • Work is performed in a call center environment with a variable schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays, however most of our agents work Monday through Friday

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 


Required Qualifications 


Education 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 

Experience

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in business-to-business sales
  • Or 2+ years of college education, associate’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Proven professional sales performance
  • Knowledge of cable communications products like video, data, and voice

Preferred Qualifications

Education

  • Associates degree or higher in a related field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related).

Experience

  • 2+ years sales experience with Voice, Data and Video solutions for small or mid-sized businesses
  • 2+ years of call center sales experience in business-to-business or telecommunications

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $22.30. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $23,400.
