What our Senior Account Executives Enjoy Most About the Role
Enhancing the customer experience and focusing on sales.
Placing orders and ensuring accurate administrative work.
Understanding Spectrum Business coax services, rates, and taxes.
Demonstrating and mentoring selling skills and continuously learning new techniques.

Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Skills & Abilities:
Strong desire for growth within the company and to help build the strength of the Spectrum Business team
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of outside sales experience in a high transaction, short closing cycle model
1+ years of experience as an Account Executive at Charter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Business-to-business sales experience
