The Role You'll Play in Our Success

As part of our team, you’ll be at the hub of our dynamic workload management system, acting as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians to enable efficient and timely service. You'll use computer programs and tools to troubleshoot service problems at customer locations and use your communication skills to talk to customers, diagnose problems and find ways to resolve them. If you enjoy solving complex problems and like to interact directly with customers, then this job could be perfect.

As a National Field Support Agent, you can self-progress two levels to a National Field Support Agent III, and at each step up you’ll receive at least a 10% increase. After self-progression you can continue to grow your career by applying for other roles, including becoming a supervisor.
