As a National Field Support (NFS) Agent, you’ll play a key role in our tech support centers by troubleshooting with technicians and resolving telephone, cable and internet issues to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Technical Support

You’ll be at the core of our fast-paced workload management infrastructure, serving as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.

Customer Support

Interact directly with customers to diagnose and resolve their issues. Using your interpersonal and customer service skills, you will assess customers’ needs, then prioritize and dispatch service requests to available technicians.
