On our Network Operations team, you will maintain, operate, and improve our cable plant and deliver service to our commercial and residential customers. You’ll work in an energized, highly charged environment with skilled professionals who make sure that our headends and hubs meet the highest quality standards. Your team will also actively resolve and proactively troubleshoot network issues and customer concerns to create an unmatched customer experience. Network Operations Centers
This group manages the National Network Operations Centers, which are located in Saint Louis, Missouri, and Austin, Texas.
Inside Plant
This group is responsible for all physical equipment in our company’s network, and operating all network-critical infrastructure, headends, hubs, and facilities at our company.
Human Resources
This group oversees the design, development, execution, and delivery of HR generalist, training and development, and recruitment functions across the Network Operations organization.
Business Planning
This group oversees financial planning and analysis, preparation of budgets and forecasts, capital project management, and monthly financial controlling across the Network Operations organization
Core and Backbone Operations
This team is responsible for the IP and optical network that provides high-capacity communication. The core/backbone provides aggregation, authentication, and routing. Specific areas under CBO:

Network Technology Operations
