Holly Hinze, Vice President of Voice Product Management

Having explored roles in recruiting, sales, marketing, and product while exploring new home bases in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Florida, and now, Colorado, Holly knows just how much growth comes from doing something new. "Change is opportunity, in my eyes,” explains Holly. “It’s easy to get stuck and long for things to change, but it’s about seeing opportunities, setting a vision for what would be your best possible outcome, and navigating change with a very open mind.”

That viewpoint has allowed Holly to grow her impact, income, and enjoyment at work, all without leaving her company. There’s a common myth that job-hopping is the best way to get ahead, but Holly’s 16-year run at Spectrum proves that you can also successfully manage yourself towards your dream career by taking advantage of what’s right in front of you. Hear more about Holly's embrace of career change here.

Davia J., Construction Coordinator, Field Operations

Davia  heard about an opportunity with Spectrum as a Construction Coordinator, and knew she wanted to apply. This role would allow her to oversee small-scale, residential hybrid fiber coax (HFC) construction projects. When a customer calls about construction, She inspects the site, see's if there are pre-existing wires or if they have to install new ones. She takes pictures and measurements, checks signal levels, and gather lots of other details which she enters into Spectrum's construction mapping system.

"Every day there is something new working at Spectrum. I love meeting new people and facing new challenges. There are endless opportunities for growth here. The company now is helping me to earn my associate’s degree and after that, I plan to go for my bachelor’s degree in computer science." Hear directly from Davia on how she hopes to inspire others to join Spectrum and help them grow in their careers.
